Our Team
Chase
Chase was born an entrepreneur. He grew up bonding with his father, Ryan, himself a business owner who founded Protective Film Solutions, over a shared love of business, while his mother, a teacher, modeled a passion for helping others. From an early age, Chase was a sponge, absorbing every conversation Ryan had about finance, marketing, and operations, and he channeled it early: at 16, he launched his first official company, a tutoring business. In the years since, he earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and has started and sold multiple companies and weathered the failures that come with the territory, too. That full range of experience, all the highs and all the lows, is exactly what shapes the way he shows up for clients today. Chase's entire goal is to help other business owners succeed and to be the support system and give owners the benefit of hard-won lessons before they have to learn them the hard way. As President of The Tounsley Group, he leads the firm as a partner rather than a traditional bookkeeping or consulting service, and as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor with more than 20 years in the automotive protection industry, he helps owners understand their numbers, sharpen their operations, and build businesses ready to grow, or one day sell. Outside of work, Chase is a dedicated runner and a devoted husband and father who values every moment with his family.
Kenjin
Kenjin keeps the numbers in order. Holding multiple QuickBooks certifications, he handles the day-to-day bookkeeping: categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining the clean records that accurate financials depend on. For Kenjin, family is his why and he's dedicated to supporting his extended family in everything he does.
Jay
Jay brings your brand to life online. He produces the blog and social media content that keeps your business visible, consistent, and on-message, so your marketing works even when you're busy managing the business. Off the clock, Jay is on the basketball court either playing or as the referee.
Orges
Orges is the versatile force who keeps our team running smoothly. Supporting our accounting, technology, and operations functions, he wears many hats and generates the client reports that keep everyone informed and on track. When he's not working, Orges loves the outdoors and traveling on vacations with his girlfriend.
Kelsey
Kelsey leads our accounting operations and keeps your financials clean, current, and decision-ready. With multiple QuickBooks certifications, she oversees the accounting team and makes sure every transaction is recorded correctly, reconciled on time, and available the moment you need it. Outside of work, Kelsey is a proud mom of three who treasures time with her family.
Julio
Julio is the technical mind behind our systems. A natural problem-solver, he thrives on taking something that shouldn't work, or was never designed to, and engineering a solution that does. With multiple Jotform, Zapier, GitHub, Javascript, and Google certifications, he takes your most repetitive tasks, automates them, and builds reporting so your data is at your fingertips. In his free time, Julio can be found at his mountain retreat, enjoying the fresh air and tending his chicken farm on the weekend.
Sam
Sam keeps everything moving. As the operational engine behind our projects, he tracks every task and deadline to make sure the work we promise gets delivered on time and according to plan. Sam also holds multiple professional certifications. He's currently taking on 75 Hard, so you'll usually find him exercising, drinking his daily gallon of water, and enjoying the outdoors.
